Refund policy

At Dex The Label, all purchases are final sale unless it is defective or incorrect. We offer store credit or exchanges for domestic orders by prior arrangement.

Return Eligibility Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are final.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item (South Africa only), please contact us promptly at info@dexthelabel.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and issue either a replacement or store credit after inspection.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items are subject to the same policy and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
