Sizing Guide

Rings

USE A RING YOU ALREADY HAVE

Take a ring that fits the finger you’re shopping for. Measure the inner diameter in mm and compare it to our size chart below. We use the UK sizing (R, T & V) linked to size Small, medium and Large, find the circumference in mm in the brackets of the ring sizes. This is the most reliable at-home method. For best results, use a calliper if you have one.

TIPS FOR ACCURACY

Measure at the end of the day (your fingers naturally swell a bit).
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold (they tend to shrink).
Keep your knuckle in mind — if it’s bigger than the base, measure both and choose a size in between.
If you’re between sizes, go up for thicker bands or down for thinner ones.
Make sure you’re sizing for the correct finger — sizes vary across fingers and between your left and right hand.

STRING OR FLOSS METHOD

Wrap a piece of string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length. This method is less precise — avoid using anything stretchy.

TIPS FOR ACCURACY

String can stretch.
Wrapping too tightly can give you the wrong size.
Repeat the process 2–3 times to ensure consistency.
